This apartment is a unique two-story loft. The first level is the common area, including a large kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and all the necessities for cooking. The dining area has room for 6 and the living room has two couches for lounging. One of the couches is a futon that can be set up as an optional bed. This area also has a home theatre system.

As you go up the stairs to the second floor you will find an open studio area with a desk, a small library and a couch. Here is also the sleeping area with a queen-size bed. 

The apartment also comes with a PC with high-speed internet, air conditioning, a stereo, a landline telephone for local calls and a twice-a-week maid service.

The building is located in the traditional neighborhood of San Telmo between the streets of Chile and Independencia. This area of the city has an incredible variety of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also just a couple of blocks from Plaza Dorrego, the center of the weekly antique fair. The San Telmo location also puts you just a couple of blocks in the other direction from the historical Plaza de Mayo.
