1. What are the advantages of staying at a BA Apartment Rental dwelling as compared to a hotel?
Our accommodations are fully furnished and equipped to make you feel at home. Renting an apartment can save you up to 50% of the cost of a hotel. Our accommodations offer a generous living space and privacy which hotel rooms cannot provide. Fully equipped kitchens allow you, the guest, to prepare meals when desired, saving you additional money.
2. How do I make reservations?
You just need to fill in our reservation form. Once BA Apartment Rental receives your request, we will check the availability of the chosen accommodation for the requested dates. If availability is confirmed, we shall send you the necessary information to complete the reservation.
3. How long shall I wait for BA Apartment Rental’s reply?
Under normal conditions we reply to requests within 24-48 business hours. If you have not received a reply after 48 hours, please contact us again.
4. Is there a minimum length for the tenancy?
Yes, our minimum stay requirement is three (3) days. Some accommodations have a longer minimum stay requirement.
5. When is the reservation confirmed?
Once your payment is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation mail.
6. I if cancel, will I be reimbursed?
No, any money deposited towards a reservation cannot be reimbursed for any reason.
7. Which are the payment methods accepted?
Credit cards are accepted on our website or bank transfer into our account. Payments by credit card payment will incur a 5% credit card charge fee. Payment by wire transfer will be imposed and vary by bank. Upon arrival, the payment of any balance due and the security deposit is due in full, in CASH.
8. What is the security deposit for?
The guest must hand in a given amount of money that will be returned upon the termination of the contract, provided the apartment is in good repair and free of damages.
9. How much is the security deposit?
For rentals less than 30 days, the deposit amounts to half of the total amount of the rent. For rentals from 1 to 6 months, the deposit is equivalent to one month's rent. For rentals of more than six months, the deposit is equivalent to two month's rent.
10. If the length of the tenancy is shorter, will I be reimbursed?
No
11. Which expenses are included in the published rates?
The published rates include all maintenance expenses, electricity, gas, water, cable TV, telephone, maid service and taxes. Some accommodations offer additional services such as high speed Internet, which is also included. Please check the corresponding expenses in the chosen accommodations description.
12. How are the accommodations equipped?
Nearly all our accommodations have fully equipped kitchens with microwave, fridge and basic kitchenware. The bedrooms and bathrooms have linen and towels and the accommodations have cable TV. The most luxurious buildings offer swimming pool, gym, etc. See accommodations descriptions.
13. Are there accommodations with Internet high speed connection?
Yes. Nearly all of our accommodations have Internet high speed connection.
14. Are pets allowed in the apartments?
No, most accommodations do not permit pets. See the descriptions of the accommodation that you are interested in.
15. Will someone meet me at the apartment on the day of arrival?
On the day of your arrival, a member of our staff shall meet you at the apartment to give you the keys, collect the balance of the amount due and the security deposit, sign the contract, check the inventory with you and answer any questions you might have or assist you in anyway possible before leaving.
16. Is there a fixed check-in and check-out time?

CHECK-IN TIME: You can check in anytime you like.

CHECK-OUT TIME: At any time before 12:00 pm. If you would like to check-out after 12:00 p.m., you must reserve the property for an additional day (subject to availability).

17. Who shall I contact in case I have any trouble at the accommodation?
Upon your arrival you will be given the contact details of your landlord and a BA Apartment Rental staff person who can assist you.
